Typically an in-person meeting on-site is best so we can all get an informal grasp on what you are looking to accomplish, and what services could be beneficial to assist in these goals. These meetings typically take about an hour, but can last longer for more involved projects. From this meeting, you can decide to enlist further services.
can your idea happen?PRE- FEASIBILITY STUDY
After the Initial Consult., we can conduct a preliminary study that is tailored to your project. This is a formalized conceptualization report that captures the specific requirements posed by your project and your location. The scope of this service will vary from project to project and can involve evaluating local legal restrictions or guidelines, meeting with other industry professionals, product research and more. An estimate of the scope of this and the associated costs can be provided after the Initial Consultation, if requested. From this process, we can estimate what a Project Feasibility Study could involve and what the associated costs will be.
how can it happen?PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY
After the Pre-Feasibility Study is completed, we can conduct a complete feasibility study that is customized to your project. From a fence, to a whole home, each project will require an array of different processes, items, and services. We will capture them in this Technical and Economic Feasibility study. Once complete, you will have a detailed report of our professional recommendations specific to your desires and your project in the form of a comprehensive Scope of Work and Budget.
TECHNICAL COACHING
let's make it happenThere are a variety of methods and tasks that will come with carpentry and various building techniques. If some guiding would be beneficial, you can request that we advise you on what technique would be best and even provide coaching through certain types. If it is out of our area of expertise, we may be able to put you in contact with someone that specializes in it. Some things may be better left to professionals, and we will let you know if we think it’s time to call someone; we likely know who will best fit your needs.
PRICING

$95 base fee, then $95 per hour
There is a base fee of $95, if the meeting lasts longer than 1-hour, then each additional hour will be billed at $95 / hour, billed in whole-hour increments.

$100 per hour, $250 minimum. These typically take about 2.5 hrs minimum once we compile the report. If you would like to see an example of one, let us know!

The cost of this varies based on size of projects as well as how much you would like us to plan and report. A small project may not require this, and a whole home can take 100+ hours. After the Pre-Feasibility Study we can estimate the costs associated with what you are looking for. We can show you an example, just ask us!
